So I’ve been sugar-free for about 2 years now and it has be wonderful! Although it has it’s ups and downs and of course the start of it is always a challenge but I feel so much better now.
When I started going off sugar it was so hard to find anything without added refined sugar.. You get use to being able to have a few scoops of ice cream after dinner or a piece of apple pie but now it’s some berries or dried fruit.
I recently discovered that most new Frozen yogurt shops now have at least 1 flavor that has no sugar added, of course it’s made with a sugar replacer which is not the best in the long run but at least when you crave some sweet ice cream there is an option!
Some of the places I have been to are Tutti Frutti, Yogofina, and Yogurt shack as well as Yogurtland.
